Hemp oil is made from the whole plant being pressed for oil but the seeds produce the best oil. After refining, the oil becomes colorless, and the flavor is fairly minimal. Unrefined hemp oils are rancid and don’t last very long, while, refined hemp oils are stable and can last very long.

While using hemp oils are great for your skin, you should also look out for the side effects that come with using these oils. Peroxides when cooking can be harmful so you should not use for frying and never heat above 121 degrees F. Digestive symptoms can soften the strolls, often leading to diarrhea or abdominal cramping.
